Server logs (technical)
Each request to this site is recorded in a technical access log: timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status code, response size, user-agent string, and an anonymised IP (the last octet is masked at log time). No full IP address is ever written to the access log — anonymisation happens at the moment of writing. These records help us diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Logs are retained for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted by logrotate. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).
Error logs may briefly contain a full IP address for technical diagnostics. Full IP addresses are never retained longer than 7 days and are then automatically deleted by logrotate.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or tracking cookies without your
prior explicit consent. We may store a small technical record of your consent
choice in localStorage (axyi_consent) so we do not
re-prompt on every visit.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4
Subject to your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin) to understand which articles are read. Personal data is transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). We send the request URL, a referrer, a user-agent string and a randomly assigned client identifier; IP anonymisation is enabled so the last octet is masked before storage. Data retention in GA4 is set to 2 months. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw consent at any time via "Manage cookies" in the footer. If the adequacy decision is invalidated, processing will be re-evaluated and may be terminated.
E-mail contact
If you contact us at hello@axyi.ru, we process the information you send for the purpose of responding. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20), objection (21), and to withdraw consent (Art. 7 (3)) — without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy. Each version carries a version number and date.
